Before you begin

The app costs $4.99/month and includes a 7-day free trial. Plan selection and approval are handled by Shopify App Pricing. There is no free-forever plan.

The app requests read_orders only. Shopify’s default order-access window applies, so the app does not request read_all_orders or export orders outside the supported recent-order window.

Create your first export

1. Open the app in Shopify Admin.

2. Choose From and To dates. The default range is the last 7 days and the maximum is 60 calendar dates.

3. Select Analyze. The app reads the current range and reports order count, line-item count, and detected order/item custom-field keys.

4. Review the Order fields and Line-item fields groups. Clear a checkbox to omit that custom-field column, or use Select all for a group. The six standard columns always remain.

5. Select Download CSV. Stay on the export screen while the app re-reads and validates the complete data set.

6. Open the downloaded CSV in your spreadsheet or production system. Your selection is shared across the shop and saved after the complete CSV reaches your browser and its download starts. The browser cannot confirm that the file was ultimately saved to disk.

Analyze is not a saved snapshot

Analyze is a transient summary. Changing dates hides the old result, and reloading the page does not restore it. Download always performs a fresh read, so counts and fields can change between Analyze and Download. Each new Analyze restores your shop’s saved selection and discards unsaved checkbox changes. New fields default to included, even when discovered only during Download.
