Current limits
A range can contain at most 60 calendar dates.
Only one Analyze or Export operation can be active for a shop at a time.
Shopify’s default recent-order access applies; the app does not request read_all_orders.
Configured safety limits protect row count, total in-memory CSV size, and individual attribute-value size. Attribute-value limits still apply to deselected fields.
Final production safety-limit values are established through load testing and are not published here until they are accepted. The app never silently truncates data when a limit is exceeded.
No orders
If the selected range contains no orders, choose another range. No CSV download is offered.
Orders but no custom fields
The app explains that no custom fields were found. You can still download a fixed-column CSV for the line items.
A custom field is missing
Confirm the date range includes an order containing the field.
Confirm the value is an order custom attribute or line-item custom attribute, not a metafield, note, tag, or customer field.
Check that the field is selected in the Analyze results. Run Analyze again after changing Shopify data.
Remember that Analyze and Download are separate reads; Download reflects the latest data.
Analyze or Download fails
Retry the operation after the previous one finishes. A failed Download creates no file. The app does not return partial data as a successful export.
If the issue continues, email info@vividinsight.xyz with the approximate UTC time, selected dates, the screen and error message, and sanitized reproduction steps. Do not attach an unredacted CSV, order contents, custom-field values, or access tokens.
Field-selection limits
Analyze supports up to 10,000 detected custom fields across orders and line items. A shop can remember up to 10,000 excluded fields across date ranges. Exceeding a selection limit fails the operation or settings save; fields and preferences are never silently dropped.
The CSV downloaded, but my selection was not saved
Use Retry saving selection to save the choices used for that download without generating another CSV. If saving continues to fail, contact support with the error message and sanitized steps.
